The Halton Catholic Parent Involvement Committee (CPIC) invites parents and guardians of the Halton Catholic District School Board to nominate themselves or a parent they know for CPIC!
CPIC, a Ministry of Education mandated committee, is a group of parents, trustees and board staff who actively support parent engagement and involvement throughout our school district.
New! Membership Requirements
Based on new changes to Policy VI-84 Catholic School Councils and Catholic Parent Involvement, CPIC now requires three (3) parent representatives from each geographical area (Oakville, Burlington and North Halton) and one (1) member at-large.
CPIC Information Sessions
Please note that all interested candidates are required to attend a mandatory Information Session. The session will be held virtually on March 28th at 7:00 p.m. – information will be sent out to candidates.
The purpose of the session is to provide candidates with an opportunity to learn about the roles and responsibilities of CPIC, and to ask questions about the expectations of CPIC membership.
Deadline for Nominations
Online nominations will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on April 5, 2022. The receipt of nomination will be confirmed by email. Nomination Information & Forms
