Grade 10 and 11 students are encouraged to complete a survey on “Building Inclusive Libraries”.
The HCDSB is in the process of completing a project centered on Culturally Responsive and Relevant Pedagogy (CRRP) and reflecting the diversity found throughout our school community.
Student voice is essential for the equity work we are are doing as a school community. Our commitment is to continually improve in the area of equity and inclusivity in order to create a safe and welcoming learning environment that supports student achievement and well-being. Libraries are spaces for all students to engage and grow!
We are grateful for the passion and leadership that our library staff have demonstrated in creating a space where every student can Achieve, Believe and Belong!
