Grade 10 International Student, Eric Zhang, wowed Mr. White and his peers with an authentic Chinese dish, straight from Beijing!
Mr. White assigned Eric an exciting project where he was to teach his fellow classmates about his culture and home city. Part of the project included the creation of a traditional Chinese dish to share with the class.
On the project’s due date, Eric amazed his class with a full presentation entirely in English! He shared information on the geography, traditions, history, and spices in the area. He also taught the class how to make ‘Old Beijing Noodles’, and demonstrated how to use chopsticks.
