Guidance Counsellors will be available virtually (on Teams) and on the phone from 8:30-1:30 on Thursday August 27 and Friday August 28. Appointments are limited to 15 minutes and can only be made for the following reasons:
- You took a course in summer school and need to adjust your timetable
- You didn’t take a course in summer school or were unsuccessful in summer school and need to add the course to your time table
- You need to change levels (applied, academic, essential)
- You need to add a course to support your pathway
- Grade 12 students who need to fill in a spare period
You can only make an appointment with the Guidance Counsellor assigned to your last name.

We will not be making elective changes at this time. There are no guarantees that courses will be available at this point. We will do our best to accommodate your requests and pathway needs.
