On Friday June 25, graduating students will be able to pick up their diploma, any awards and their grad box if they paid their $60 grad fee to order one. Inside the grad box will be all of the Loyola swag selected by the student grad committee.
We hope this will be a fun opportunity for some physically distanced pictures (wear your gown if you like) and to have some of your teachers and support staff cheer you on as you graduate. We will have balloons, music, treats and lots of smiling faces. Parents are welcome to attend but also must be masked and physically distanced.
To maintain physical distancing, students MUST ONLY come according to the schedule below. We will only have materials out for the last name scheduled at a particular time. If you need someone else to pick up your diploma and/or grad box for you, you must send an email to Mrs. Scott (scottj@hcdsb.org) identifying who will be picking it up for you before Friday June 25.
