Graduation 2022

Greetings Parents, Guardians and Graduating Students,

On behalf of the Loyola Administrative Team and the Graduation Committee, we would like to thank you for your patience as we create a plan to provide a meaningful and enjoyable graduation celebration for our wonderful graduates of 2022. Together with our stakeholders we are working to make decisions while following protocols set by Public Health, the Ministry of Education, the HCDSB and the town of Oakville for maintaining safety.

The in-person graduation ceremony is on Monday June 27, 2022, @ 3:00 pm at Sixteen Mile Sports Complex. Details about the ceremony, and number of guests allowed per graduate will follow closer to the date.

A graduation fee of $100 will be posted on students’ SchoolCashOnline accounts shortly, due April 22nd, 2022. This fee will cover the cost of the cap and gown, the graduation ceremony, a barbeque for the graduates, in addition to other smaller gifts. We have a student graduation committee that is assisting in determining the events and gifts that are included in the Graduation fee.

Students will also need to select their gown size through a Google form which has been emailed to all students. If you haven’t already completed the link it can be accessed here: https://forms.gle/UR4gjrPBZEsLpct47

Details regarding the application process for graduation awards and the class valedictorian will be communicated shortly.

We have planned a Prom Dinner Dance on Friday June 17, 2022, at the Burlington Convention Center. Tickets will be on sale shortly for an approximate cost of $100.00.

We would like all graduating students to be able to attend the graduation ceremony and the prom. Kindly contact one of the Vice-Principals should your graduate require support or financial assistance. Please rest assured your call will be confidential.

We are also currently collecting donations for gently used formal wear and will make these available to anyone interested. More details to follow.

We are very grateful for your support and patience in these unprecedented times. We pray that God continues to bless all our graduates and their families and keeps them safe and well!

Warmest Regards,

The Loyola Administrative Team
