Attention all Incoming Grade 9 Notre Dame Students!
We are thrilled to welcome you to our Notre Dame Community!
All Grade 9 Students are invited to attend an in – person orientation on Tuesday, August 31st. Given Halton Public Health restrictions, there will be three separate orientation times. Students are expected to attend the session times as indicated below, which are organized alphabetically by last name:
- • Last names beginning with A – H: 10:00am – 11:00am
- • Last names beginning with I – Q: 11:15am – 12:15pm
- • Last names beginning with R – Z: 12:30pm – 1:30pm
During the orientation, Grade 9 students will learn more about Notre Dame and our Prefects will provide tours to help familiarize them with the school.
Grade 9 students coming from the public board will receive a hard copy of their schedule when they arrive to the orientation.
Before arriving at Notre Dame, our students must complete the Ontario School Covid Screening. The QR code for this screening can be found below. All students are to arrive on time and through the front doors of the school and with their personal device so that they can complete the Notre Dame Covid Screening and then students will head directly to the cafeteria.
Please be sure to arrive by your assigned orientation time (as above). Masks must be worn, and physical distancing guidelines must be respected. Hand sanitizing stations will also be available.
