Summer Registration
For new students looking to register or for students that are joining us from non-HCDSB elementary schools, we’ve set up a supplementary registration day at Our Lady of Fatima CES (709 Bolingbroke Dr, Milton) on Wednesday, July 21st from 4:00 – 6:00p and on Wednesday, August 18th from 4:00 – 6:00p to collect any outstanding documents if needed.
These documents may include:
- Birth certificate
- Proof of Residency
- Immigration papers (if born outside of Canada) ie: Permanent Residence Card
- Registration Form
- Most report card
- A copy of IEP if applicable
- Activity Fee $65 (money order or cheque – made payable to St. Kateri Tekakwitha CSS)
