Summer Solstice
Today is the Summer Solstice- the start of Summer in the Northern Hemisphere. It is the longest day of the year for us. We will get around 15 and half hours of daylight today while Canadians living past the Arctic Circle are experiencing weeks or months of 24 hours/day of daylight. This is all due to the tilt of the Earth as it goes around the sun causing us to be more angled towards the Sun in the Summer and away from the Sun in the Winter. Enjoy your long day!

COVID – 19 Daily Screening
Reminder that all students should be completing the Covid-19 Daily Screening at home each morning to help assess if they should be attending school that day. Here is the link to that screening https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/
