Student Services Update

Good afternoon St. Francis Xavier Parent/Guardian Community, 

Welcome Back! 

It has come to our attention that Powerschool released tentative timetables to students.  Please disregard these timetables as they are still subject to change.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

St. Francis Xavier Student Services will be opening their office starting Thursday, August 29, 30, 31, 2022.  Office hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

Student Services will be available to make schedule changes for the following reasons only: 

Grade 9 and 10 students:

  1. Student has completed summer school/private school and requires an alternate course. 
  2. Student was unsuccessful in summer school/private school and needs to repeat a course. 
  3. Student is needing to make a level change only.  Academic/Applied
  4. Students are not eligible to make elective changes.

Grade 11 and 12 students:

  1. Student has completed summer school/private school and requires an alternate course. 
  2. Student was unsuccessful in summer school/private school and needs to repeat a course. 
  3. Student is needing to make a level change only.  College/University
  4. Student is making a Pathway Change for Post-Secondary requirements.

Parents/Guardians (only) must email counsellors directly to make a change. Please refer to the directory below to identify the appropriate counsellor.

Student timetables will be made available Friday, September 2, 2022 after 3 p.m.  Students and parents can access their timetables via their Power School Account.  There will be more information to follow.
