Students with incomplete records have been contacted by the Halton Region. These students have till February 5, 2020 to provide the Halton Region (halton.ca/immunize or call 311) with updated information. Students that do not will receive a 20 day suspension from school by the Halton Region until the information is updated or a rescind order is received. Please update information directly with Halton Region and not the school.
If you are unable to see a doctor before the February 6, 2020 suspension date, please visit the Halton Region Health Department walk-in clinics at Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre, 2302 Bridge Road, Oakville, L6L 3L5 during the following dates and times:
- Saturday, February 1, 2020, 9:00 – 3:30pm
- Monday, February 3, 2020, 9:00 – 3:30pm
- Tuesday, February 4, 2020, 9:00 – 3:30pm
- Wednesday, February 5, 2020, 9:00 – 3:30pm
Please arrive early. No appointment is needed, however you must be registered at the clinic by 3:30pm to be seen by a nurse.
