Summer School Registration

Summer school registration is now open! Students can register through their myblueprint account. Go to the Continuing Education tab to complete the registration.

The course change requests for next school year will close on April 8th at 11:59pm. The request form can be found on the Student Services D2L page or by using the QR code located in Student Services.

Track & Field Team Training

The track and field team will begin training today after school. To begin your participation, you must submit pages 5 & 6 of the Interschool Athletics Consent and Medical Information Forms. There is also a Concussion Code of Conduct Form that must be submitted and which has been posted to the team classroom. Please see the Loyola Track and Field Google Classroom for these forms and to monitor ongoing updates.

Please meet with the Track & Field coaches, Ms. Fu, Ms. Iafrate, Ms. Mariella and Mr. Sebben today at 2:30pm in the Atrium.

Gr. 9 & 10 Tutoring

This is a reminder we will be running free tutoring for all Grade 9 & 10 students today from 2:30 – 3:30 in room 239. Everyone is welcome to drop in, so if you need extra help please come and see us!

Literacy Classes for OSSLT

This is a reminder that after school literacy classes will take place today from 2:30-4:00 in the classroom you have been assinged to. If you do not know which classroom you are in, please see Mrs. Scott in the main office.

Jr. Boys Hockey Tryouts

This is a reminder to Jr. Hockey hopefuls that there is a tryout today at 3:30 at River Oaks Arena. The second tryout will be Monday, same time, same place.

Multicultural Club

The multicultural club will meet today after school in room 247.

Message to Graduates

This is a message for our graduating students, Grad fee has been posted on school cash online. Please have this completed by April 22nd in order to ensure you get a gown. If you have any questions please ask M. Mariella or Ms. Smith. If anyone is in need of financial assistance please contact your Vice Principal.

School Play Meeting

Guess what Loyola? With the return of “back to normal” so comes this year’s school play! Yay! the school play is back! There will be a general meeting with all the details immediately after school this Thursday, in the drama room-that’s room 180. The meeting will only be half an hour – from 2:30-3:00. Please come before 2:30 to talk to Mrs. Sauve if you cannot stay.

Student Senate – Fundraising initiative to support HCCF

The HCDSB Student Senate is inviting all students in the HCDSB to donate to the Halton Catholic Children’s foundation this Lent. The HCCF supports low-income students in our very own board and works to provide all our students with equitable opporunities, regardless of financial barriers. Students can donate via school cash online, directly on the HCCF website or if you have some spare change you can drop in off in our donation box in the Main Office. The fundraiser closes at Easter so get your donations in by April 12th!
