Loyola Archive Group

Attention all students invloved in the Loyola Archive Group. There is a mandatory meeting outside of Student Services at 11:05. Please meet Kristin for 5 minutes regarding your hours.

Girls Who Lift

This is a reminder that “Girls Who Lift” will be on today after school in the weight room. All girls in grades 9-12 are welcome to join!

School Play

This is a reminder of the rehearsal for the school play today after school from 2:30-5:30 in the Drama room.

Loyola Music Night – May 24th

Loyola Music Night will be taking place next week on Tuesday, May 24th at 7:00pm featuring the Loyola Concert Band and other student acts. Everyone is welcome. Admission is free!

Track & Field Results Update

On two beautiful and sunny days last week, our Loyola athletes put in some stellar performances at the GHAC Track and Field Meet. Personal bests were set, and all of the team showed excellent levels of commitment and effort. Particular mention goes to the following students who have qualified for the South Regionals next week:

Alyssa Stephenson for Junior 100m and 200m coming in 1st OVERALL for both events.

Debbie Suluman for Jr. 100m, 5th OVERALL

Jason Litrop for Novice 400m, 2nd OVERALL

Matteo Sanchez for Jr. 100m sprint hurdles, 3rd OVERALL after having NEVER jumped a hurdle until that day!

Amy Scott for Jr. shot put, 3rd OVERALL

James Newman for Sr. 400m Hurdles, 5th OVERALL

Natalia Murillo for Jr. 200m, 4th OVERALL and 4 by 100m relay

Kate Saranchuck for Novice 200m, 3rd OVERALL

Jr. Girls 4 by 100m relay team, Alyssa Stephenson, Julia Guatoto, Natalia Murrilo and Debbie Suleman who came in 1st OVERALL

We can’t wait to see you compete at South Regionals and cheer you on to OFSSA!

Track and Field Practice Today
