Loyola XC Team Training
The Loyola XC Team training will continue today which caps off a great 1st week of training for the team. As always, athletes can submit their forms to the coaches at the beginning of practice. We have a great and growing group of runners who have come together to share the joy of running.
The coaches encourage all runners who want to share the passion and challenge of running through the natural splendour which surrounds us through woodlands and alongside flowing streams to come and join us Monday to Thursday whether you wish to be on the team or join in for your own fun and love of fitness. We will be meeting for today’s run at 2:40 in the atrium.
