“I pull a magazine off the wall, Maclean’s, plop into a comfy chair, and read throught it. I can’t remember the last time I read a magazine.” That was a short reading from Philippa Dowding’s novel Firefly. A great way to promote a school library!
If you are interested in promoting your school library, please see your librarian, Mr. Hodges. After school is usually a great time to stop by – except for this Thursday! You can help with such things as book suggestions, displays, announcements, and planning events! Last year, we had a movie night based on a novel!
Loyola XC Team Registration
The Loyola XC Team coaches are hosting a meeting tomorrow after school to provide information regarding the upcoming XC season. Athletes who are interested can come to the meeting tomorrow at 2:30 in room 219. Notice of this meeting will be posted on the announcements again tomorrow morning. The coaches, Ms. Fu, Ms. D’Souza, Mr. O’Neill and Mr. Sebben look forward to meeting you.
Girls Field Hockey & Jr. Girls Basketball

Open Pickup Soccer
This message is for any students interested in playing open pickup soccer on Friday mornings before school. We meet every Friday morning at 7:00am, create teams and play. It’s an excellent way to begin your Friday and Weekend. Any students interested in playing please see Mr. De Stefano in room 222 for permission forms. All are welcome!
