Starting today Guidance Counsellors will be visiting Period 1 Grade 12 classes to discuss post secondary pathway planning. The schedule can be found on D2L. Please remind your friends with period 1 spares that their presentation will be on Wednesday, October 26th in Room 106.
Also, just a reminder that Consideration Essays are due for the Lester B Pearson scholarship at 8:30am this Friday, October 28th.
Loyola Cross Country
The Loyola XC team will be competing at the GHAC OFSAA meet tomorrow at Hilton Falls. All runners are asked to attend a meeting today after school regarding details for the meet. Please meet with the coaches in the atrium at 2:30 today.
Girls Varsity Hockey
There will be a practice/tryout on Tuesday, Oct. 25th at Glen Abbey Arena at 3:30pm. Please make sure your forms are in before you skate.
Sr. Girls Basketball
Teachers please excuse members of the Sr. Girls Basketball Team at 1:45 for their game at FX. Team, please meet in the atrium for 1:50 sharp!
Sr. Boys Basketball Tryouts
There will be a Sr. Boys Basketball tryout on Wednesday in the small gym @2:30. There will also be a Jr. Boys Basketball Tryout Thursday at 2:30. Forms can be picked up in the PhysEd Office.
Bake Sale Wednesday!
Hey Hawks, there will be a bake sale on Wednesday Oct. 26th in support of the Loyola Black Students Association to help raise money for a charity on Congo. So don’t forget to bring money to school with you.
Also, there will be a meeting for the LBSA members after school today in the Library.
