Exams will take place on Thursday, January 25th to Wednesday, January 31st, 2024
- January 25 – Period 1 Exams
- January 26 – Period 2 Exams
- January 29 – Period 3 Exams
- January 30 – Period 4 Exams
- January 31 – Inclement weather day
- February 1 – Students may come in to see their exams and culminatings (no scheduled lessons)
- February 2 – PA Day
These will be regular school days where the warning bell will ring at 8:15 am and students will be in class for 8:20 am to begin exams. Exams for our grade 9 and 10 students will be 90 minutes in length. If students finish early they may leave at the 60 minute mark otherwise they’ll have to wait till the 90 min mark to leave to minimize disruptions for others still writing exams. Exams for our grade 11 students will be 120 minutes in length.
Students will be expected to be in full uniform. When they are done with their exams at 10:00am, they are free to head home or stay in the lunch rooms to study and prepare for their next exam.
Should there be inclement weather we will delay and shift all exams by one day.
Should a student be ill and unable to come in and write the exam, we will be requesting a medical note before we reschedule. Should there be other conflicts, please reach out to the school administration.
