St. Kateri is part of the Halton Catholic Athletic Association (HCAA). Teams may go on to compete regionally at the Golden Horseshoe Athletic Conference (GHAC) Champions, and provincially at the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSAA).
Athletic Divisions:
- Bantam – Grade 9s
- Junior – Grade 9s & 10s
- Senior – Grades 11s & 12s
- Varsity – all grades
- There may be age restrictions on the athletic divisions that supersede the grade a student is in for classification purposes
