As we approach the conclusion of semester 2, our students will be writing school exams. Exams will take place on Thursday, June 19th to Tuesday, June 24th, 2025
- June 19 – Period 4 Exams (for Gr 9 – 12 students)
- June 20 – Period 3 Exams (for Gr 9 – 11 students)
- June 23 – Period 2 Exams (for Gr 9 – 11 students)
- June 24 – Period 1 Exams (for Gr 9 – 11 students)
- June 25 – Inclement weather day
- June 26 – Students may come in to see their exams and culminatings (no scheduled lessons)
Grade 12 students will begin their exams earlier so we can complete all the logistics in preparation for the Graduation Ceremony
- June 16 – Period 1 Exams (Gr 12s only) – Cafeteria during Period 1 & 2
- June 17 – Period 2 Exams (Gr 12s only) – Cafeteria during Period 1 & 2
- June 18 – Period 3 Exams (Gr 12s only) – Cafeteria during Period 1 & 2
These will be regular school days where the warning bell will ring at 8:15 am and students will be in class for 8:20 am to begin exams. Exams for our grade 9 and 10 students will be 90 minutes in length. If students finish early they may leave at the 60 minute mark otherwise they’ll have to wait till the 90 min mark to leave to minimize disruptions for others still writing exams.
Exams for our grade 11 and 12 students will be 120 minutes in length. If students finish early they may leave at the 60 minute mark or 90 minute mark otherwise they’ll have to wait till the 120 min mark to leave to minimize disruptions for others still writing exams.
Students will need to return any textbooks, novels, or borrowed resources before the start of the exam. Students will be expected to be in full uniform. When they are done with their exams, they are free to head home or stay in the atrium to study and prepare for their next exam.
Should there be inclement weather we will delay and shift all exams by one day.
Should a student be ill and unable to come in and write the exam, we will be requesting a medical note before we reschedule. Should there be other conflicts, please reach out to the school administration.
