We know that making the jump from elementary to high school is a milestones for all families. The St. Kateri Tekakwitha Grade 8 Information night will take place on Thursday, November 5th from 6:30 – 8:00pm. This will take place in the gym. Please enter through door 12 (west side of the Cafeteria)
There is value in our core and specialty programs. It can be valuable to some families to keep all doors open. Come and learn about our core programs, Advanced Placement Prep, Extended French, French Immersion and Pre-International Baccalaureate Program. We are one of the only secondary schools in Ontario to offer all of these programs. There are some great opportunities to combine many of these programs to give yourself a competitive advantage. Students and families need to be reflective on their individual strengths and needs so that a customized high school program can be selected.
Students will have a chance to get a tour of the school after the completion of the presentation. Other teachers will be on hand to provide information about courses and specialty programs.
- Advanced Placement (For students in the St. Kateri boundary) – Applications will not be reviewed for students not in our boundary
- Core (Destreamed) Program (For students in the St. Kateri boundary)
- Extended French (For students in the St. Francis Xavier & St. Kateri boundary) – May apply for Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate
- French Immersion (For students who reside in Milton) – May apply for Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate
- International Baccalaureate (For students who reside in Halton Hills & Milton)
