Photo Day

I am pleased to let you know that our school photographer, Pegasus School Images, will be at Corpus Christi CSS on Tuesday, October 12 for grades 10 & 12 and Wednesday, October 13 for grades 9 & 11 to take yearbook photos and to provide students with ID cards.  We will have all photos taken on the stage of our school’s theatre and will organize the day so that students are photographed by class with social distancing measures in place.

We will also provide some time slots after school on both days for our remote learners to sign up for a photo session.  If you are a virtual learner, you should receive a separate email shortly with instructions to sign up for an after-school appointment.

Please be advised that Pegasus School Images staff have been approved by the HCDSB as essential visitors on these dates and have also met all Public Health requirements.

We will reinforce the following protocols, but ask you to review these with your children:

  • Students are required to be photographed in full Corpus Christi uniform.
  • Students should only remove their masks once they are seated in front of the camera and the mask should be replaced before they stand.
  • In order to verify the correct personal information is matched to the individual being photographed we ask every secondary school student have an identifying document.  Picture ID, such as an older student ID card or Driver’s license would be best.  If a student does not have photo ID, we will ask for a current timetable (hardcopy or on a phone) to be shown to our photographers before the photo is taken
  • Information about graduation photos will be released shortly.  Please be patient as we work through the yearbook photos first.

If you have any questions or concerns please do not hestitate to call the school.

Thank you for your co-operation and your support of our expectations around the uniform policy, social distancing, and behavior.
