Summer School Registration is Now Open! To register for a Summer School course, you must register through your myblueprint account. Select the “Continuing Education” tab located on the left side, then “Explore Courses” then “Summer School – Online Learning”. Students that need to change their 2024-25 School Year Course Selection must do so prior to the April 19th Course Verification deadline!
Reminder: Applications for the Maycourt Scholarship are due this Wednesday April 17th! And applications for the University Women’s Club of Oakville’s Scholarships are due next Monday, April 22nd.
Multicultural Day Planning
Hey Hawks! There will be a short BSA meeting to discuss Multicultural day planning and roles on Tuesday, April 16th in Room 298. See you all there!
Ultimate Frisbee
A message from the Ultimate Frisbee Team. There will be an “open practice” on Friday after school, for any students looking to play pickup intramurals. You do NOT need to be on the Ultimate Frisbee team in order to participate. If you already submitted a form for tryouts, just show up! If you don’t have a form, please see Mr. Zoratti.
Staff Volunteer Needed
This is an announcement for all staff, we are still looking for one staff volunteer to help out with our Breakfast Table on Wednesday mornings from 7:30 – 8:15. If you are able to help, please see Mrs. Scott in the Main Office.
Mentor Captain List Posted
Attention all grade 11 students who applied to be a mentor captain, the final list has been posted on the door of room 135. If your name is on this list, Congratulations, you have been selected as a mentor captain for next year. Please read and follow as instructions posted on the door. If your name is not on the list please try not to be discouraged, you were all wonderful and we encourage you to find other ways to lead in the school. For all new mentor captains there will be a mandatory meeting tomorrow on your lunch (3a) in room 135.
Glee Club
There will be a Glee Club meeting and rehearsal Tuesday after school in room 231. All new members are welcome.
Graduation Update
Attention graduates. This is a reminder that your grad fee is due this Sunday. This fee is needed to participate in the graduation ceremony and the senior barbeque. Prom tickets are also on sale for the next 2 weeks. Both the graduation fee and the prom tickets are available on SchoolCashOnline, and are 2 separate payments. Please see your VP if you need financial assistance covering one or both of these fees. At this time, prom tickets are only on sale for grade 12 Loyola students. If you wish to bring a guest, you must fill out a guest form before Monday April 29th. Forms are available in the attendance office. Please see an important email from Mr. Cianciolo that was sent out on Monday for more information about prom, and specifically about guests.
