Programming Contest Results
Congratulations to the 4 Loyola programming teams who competed at the St. Lawrence College Programming Contest yesterday. The teams had three hours to code six programming questions using one computer.
Mrs. Alfano would like to congratulate all the teams for taking on this difficult challenge.
A special shoutout to Loyola Team 3 for the highest score among the Loyola teams. The team consisted of Julian Franchini, Michael Pomirski and Michael Anderson.

Looking for volunteer hours? The Halton Children’s Aid Society hosts an annual fundraiser called “The Moon in June” that takes place in Burlington on Saturday June 6th. They are in need of volunteer help!
Also, St Gregory the Great is looking for help for their End of Year BBQ on Thursday June 11th from 4-8:30pm They are looking for Loyola students to help with set up, clean up, and to run and organize games, scavenger hunts, face painting and crafts. Also, the Oakville Family Ribfest is returning to Sheridan College from June 26–28, 2026, and they need students to join their volunteer team.

Loyola Cricket Team
Attention all students in Grades 9 -12 girls and boys interested in trying out for the first ever Loyola Cricket team please come out to tryouts on May 19th at 6:45am on the back field.
