As we approach the conclusion of semester 2, our students will be writing school exams. Exams will take place on Thursday, June 22nd to Tuesday, June 27th, 2023
- June 22 – Period 1 Exams
- June 23 – Period 2 Exams
- June 26 – Period 3 Exams
- June 27 – Period 4 Exams
- June 28 – Inclement weather day
- June 29 – Students may come in to see their exams and culminatings (no scheduled lessons)
These will be regular school days where the warning bell will ring at 8:15 am and students will be in class for 8:20 am to begin exams. Exams for our grade 9 and 10 students will be 90 minutes in length. If students finish early they may leave at the 60 minute mark otherwise they’ll have to wait till the 90 min mark to leave to minimize disruptions for others still writing exams.
Students will need to return any textbooks, novels, or borrowed resources before the start of the exam. Students will be expected to be in full uniform. When they are done with their exams at 10:00am, they are free to head home or stay in the library to study and prepare for their next exam.
Should there be inclement weather we will delay and shift all exams by one day.
Should a student be ill and unable to come in and write the exam, we will be requesting a medical note before we reschedule. Should there be other conflicts, please reach out to the school administration.
