We will be collecting this quadmester’s textbooks next week (Monday, February 1 – Friday, February 5) every morning from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Once your child has completed assignments that require the use of his or her textbook, we ask that you return all school materials at the drive through located at the back of the school by the cafeteria doors. We will have staff members available to come to your vehicle to collect the books.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS BEFORE COMING TO THE SCHOOL:
- Print off the attached textbook return form and ensure that you have enough copies for each book or school item to be returned.
- Complete one textbook form for EACH book/item to be returned.
- Be sure to PRINT the student’s FIRST and LAST name clearly as well as all other required information.
- Place the textbook return form inside the FRONT COVER of each book to be returned.
- Choose a time that is convenient for you between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. during the week of February 1-5 to return the textbooks.
ONCE YOU ARE READY TO COME TO THE SCHOOL:
- Drive in the STUDENT parking entrance on the east side of the school and head towards the football field, stop at the back of the school near the cafeteria.
- A staff member will come to your car to collect the materials.
- Proceed past the football field, with the school on your passenger side and exit at the traffic lights onto Upper Middle Road.
