Immunization Record Update with the Halton Region

Students with incomplete immunization records have been contacted by the Halton Region.

These students have until February 5, 2020 to provide the Halton Region ( or call 311) with updated information.

Students that do not accurately report their immunization records will be issued a 20-day suspension from school by the Halton Region.

The suspension from school will remain until the necessary information is updated and the school has received a rescind order.

Please update information directly with Halton Region and not the school.

If you are unable to see a doctor before the February 6, 2020 suspension date, please visit the Halton Region Health Department walk-in clinics at Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre at one of the scheduled immunization clinic dates:

  • Saturday, February 1, 2020, 9:00 – 3:30 p.m.
  • Monday, February 3, 2020, 9:00 – 3:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, February 4, 2020, 9:00 – 3:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, February 5, 2020, 9:00 – 3:30 p.m.

Please arrive early.  No appointment is needed, however you must be registered at the clinic by 3:30 p.m. to be seen by a nurse.
