Students with incomplete immunization records have been contacted by the Halton Region.
These students have until February 5, 2020 to provide the Halton Region (www.halton.ca/immunize or call 311) with updated information.
Students that do not accurately report their immunization records will be issued a 20-day suspension from school by the Halton Region.
The suspension from school will remain until the necessary information is updated and the school has received a rescind order.
Please update information directly with Halton Region and not the school.
If you are unable to see a doctor before the February 6, 2020 suspension date, please visit the Halton Region Health Department walk-in clinics at Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre at one of the scheduled immunization clinic dates:
- Saturday, February 1, 2020, 9:00 – 3:30 p.m.
- Monday, February 3, 2020, 9:00 – 3:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, February 4, 2020, 9:00 – 3:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, February 5, 2020, 9:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Please arrive early. No appointment is needed, however you must be registered at the clinic by 3:30 p.m. to be seen by a nurse.
