ROCKET LEAGUE SCHOOL TOURNAMENT!

The Corpus Christi eSports Club is hosting a school-wide Rocket League Tournament that will run from May 18th-20th from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. The top two teams in the school-wide tournament will be entered to compete for the District Rocket League Championship Tournament that is being held on May 27th!

Staff Appreciation Day is a day set aside to recognize the accomplishments and exceptional work of all 5700+ employees in our schools and in our workplaces.

Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) to Host Speaker Series

The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) at HCDSB is pleased to be hosting a speaker series to discuss inclusivity and diversity, and how to better support children with additional needs.

SEAC’s mandate is to make recommendations to the Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB) in matters affecting the establishment and development of Special Education programs and services for students with exceptional needs.

HCDSB Participates in Mental Health Week

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) designates the first week in May as Mental Health Week. This year, it runs from May 3-7, 2021, and the Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB) will join organizations across Canada in raising awareness about mental health. 

Fourth Round of Voluntary, Targeted COVID-19 Testing

For the past several weeks, HCDSB has offered voluntary COVID-19 testing at school sites for asymptomatic staff and students.

The Ontario Government is requiring school boards to offer voluntary, targeted COVID-19 testing sites for asymptomatic staff and students.
