The survey will help us evaluate how well we have met the goals identified in the current multi-year strategic plan, with a particular focus on the 2023-24 school year; and gather feedback on the proposed actions of our Student Achievement Plan (SAP).

The survey will remain open until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2024. All responses are anonymous, and the collected feedback will be shared with our Board of Trustees at a future meeting.

About the Multi-Year Strategic Plan
In September 2016, the Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB) launched a multi-year strategic plan, “Focus on our Students: Strategic Plan”. This plan has guided our system goals and objectives since then – shaping who we are, what we do, and why we do it. Each year, the Director of Education reports the progress of this plan to the Board of Trustees.
HCDSB has also developed a Student Achievement Plan (SAP). This SAP focuses on three provincial priorities of achievement of learning outcomes in core academic skills, preparation of students for future success, and student engagement and well-being. The objectives of this SAP are in line with the 2024-2028 Multi-Year Strategic Plan, which will guide our Board’s future goals and initiatives, beginning in September 2024.
