The High Performance Regional Sports Program is an exciting new pilot program offered at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Secondary School.

Dive in with us, starting September 2024.

The pilot program will be offered initially for grade 9 and 10 students and progress to grade 11 and 12 over the next 2 years, depending on success of the pilot.

The program is open to students across the Halton Region and surrounding areas.

Our specialized program merges academics and physical development to challenge students beyond the ordinary. Students can expect to learn how to boost their health and fitness, learning to lead a healthy, active life.

But it doesn’t end there. Courses will provide insights into mental health and wellness, social and emotional competencies, and financial literacy. Ultimately, our goal is to empower well-rounded individuals, ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Choose your path.
