The High Performance Regional Sports Program is an exciting new program offered at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Secondary School.

Dive in with us in September 2026.

The program, launched in September 2024, is currently offered to Grade 9, 10 and 11 students across the Halton Region and will expand to include Grade 12 in the 2026-2027 school year.

The program is open to students across the Halton Region and surrounding areas.

Our specialized program merges academics and physical development to challenge students beyond the ordinary. Students can expect to learn how to boost their health and fitness, learning to lead a healthy, active life.

But it doesn’t end there. Courses will provide insights into mental health and wellness, social and emotional competencies, and financial literacy. Ultimately, our goal is to empower well-rounded individuals, ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Choose your path.
