The following items are required:
- Credit Counselling Summary or Transcript or Report Card
- Proof of Residency
- Completed Course Selection Guide
- Student Activity Fee : $65.00 optional school cash online http://hcdsb.schoolcashonline.com/Fee/Details/41525/6/False /True
- Registration Form
- Birth Certificate or if born outside Canada, we require Immigration Documents (i.e. citizenship card, permanent resident card, landing documents etc.)
