In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Dear God,
We give thanks to You and Your Son by the gift of Easter Sunday. By rising from the dead, Jesus gives us all the hope we need in Heaven and forgiveness. We need Easter not only this past Sunday, but every day! Looking around, these times are frightening, Lord. Headlines daily deliver troubling news about Covid again. Help us God not to lose hope. We ask You to protect our families and our friends… please protect us. Keep us all safe and healthy. Remind us every day that nothing can separate us from Your love and the victory achieved by Christ at the cross. He is our hope and ever present help in trouble.
We ask for this through Christ our Lord.

Your grace and rejoice in our salvation.
Help us to walk in that mighty grace
And live a life that mirrors the love of your Son!

As we enter into the much needed spring break, we ask that You give all of us the time to unplug and relax during the upcoming week. Let us stay with our family and not venture out to see other people. Let us, as we relax and kick back for a week, not spread or catch the virus that is touching so many more young people and families in our area. Let us have a great spring break and let us return here refreshed and well rested! We ask for this through Christ our Lord.
