After School Support

We want to help all students meet with academic success and to support this we are offering extra help every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30-3:45pm. This is a supervised time for students to get caught up on assignments and/or homework as well as to prepare for upcoming culminating activities and exams.

Start date: Tuesday, December 3, 2019 End date: Tuesday, January 16, 2020

To assist us in planning these sessions, please sign and return the bottom portion of the After School Support Form to one of our Student Success teachers Mr. D. Montoya or by phone (226) 972 4871. Spaces in this program are competitive and limited. Students can only register in this program if they are able to commit to all 12 sessions. Failure to do so will result from removal from the program. Please confirm intention to participate by Thursday, November 28, 2019.

What will L2L look like at Notre Dame?

The L2L program will once again be running at Notre Dame this year. The program allows students the opportunity to be trained in the art of tutoring before taking those skills forward. We have approximately 60 student tutors involved in all subject areas who will be ready to commence tutoring the on Thursday, October 17th.

***Cut off for signing up PEERS will be Wednesday, October 16th

The tutoring sessions will run every Monday, Tuesday OR Thursday after school from 2:30pm – 4:00pm in the Library. The L2L program mandates that 12 sessions MUST be completed so that our tutors fulfill the programs requirements, so ATTENDANCE is MANDATORY. If you have any questions about the L2L program at Notre Dame, please contact Ms. Sneyd via email at or at 905-335-1544 x 1010
