As we head into the final week of this school year, we wanted to thank you for your continued partnership as we have navigated this successful year. This year has seen a return to the normalcy and life of our school community. As we look back at this year, we all can feel a sense of pride and fulfillment. Please see below the schedule for the last week of this school year.

| Thursday, June 29th | Exam Review Day – Students will be able to review their exams from 8:30am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 2:00pm. Schedules will be posted in the school indicating where students can find their teachers. |

Medications
All student medications held in the main office at Notre Dame must be picked up by June 29th. All medications left at Notre Dame after June 30th, 2023 will be disposed of in accordance with the HCDSB board policy. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact school administration.
Locker Clean Out
Students have been given the opportunity to clean out their lockers. It is imperative for students to completely clean out their lockers. Extra garbage and recycling bins will be placed throughout the school. Students are also asked to take their locks with them as they will use them for the following school year.
Device/Book Return
All school devices (laptops, chromebooks, chargers) must be returned to the library this week. The library team have already given out notices to student’s indicating the item(s) to be returned. All library books and materials must be returned by the same date. Textbooks must be returned to the appropriate teacher by the last day of classes which is Tuesday, June 27th.
Report Card Distribution
This semester once again our report card distribution for the final marks of Semester 2 will be sent out electronically. Final Semester 2 Report Cards will be sent out electronically on Friday, June 30th at 4:00pm.
Lost and Found Items
Finally, students are asked to pick up any lost and found items. Lost and found items have been placed on tables located in the Spectrum by our main entrance into the building. Any items that are not picked up by June 28th will be donated to a local charity.
