Assumption Gr. 9 Dance
Good afternoon Assumption families – Our Student Council is excited to host our annual Gr. 9 dance this coming Thursday:
Date: Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023
Time: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Our student council have already made their way around to classrooms and have announced the following details:
- The dance is free
- No bags or access to lockers
- Entrance to dance is at the small gym (Door 18)
- No “In and out” privileges – must stay in the dance unless going home early
- Students MUST arrive by 7:30 p.m. Doors will be locked at 7:30 p.m.
- No prohibited substances (i.e. vapes, alcohol, etc.)
- This is a school event and our Code of Conduct will be enforced (Click HERE)
- School consequences (including suspension) for any students vaping /smoking or with possession or under the influence of drugs/alcohol
- No non-Assumption guests permitted or students from other grades
- The theme is “Bleed Blue” so dress in your best Assumption spirit wear or rock school colours (blue and white)
- Bring any piece of photo ID for entry
- Please have your rides organized for a 9:00 p.m. pick-up (door 18)
