Important Information, Dates & Events


Graduation Fee: $140.00 (Please note: Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE)
This fee covers: Grad Day: hall rental, priests, programs, rehearsal, brunch, gowns, flowers etc.

Dinner Dance: $70.00


Pay for BOTH your grad fee and dinner dance ticket by December 20th, 2019

PAY $200 and SAVE $10*

Graduation Photos: February 10th-21st, 2020

You will need to pay a portrait sitting fee at the time of your appointment. See flyers for more details.
This is paid directly to Edge Imaging. Assumption will not accept payment for grad photos.
This sitting fee covers proofs of your grad photos, a yearbook photo, a folder and composite class photo at the time of graduation.

Please note: You do not need to purchase a package in order to have your picture in the yearbook.

If there are any questions regarding photos, you are to direct them to Edge Imaging.
Mrs. Cino and Mrs. Horn are not involved in this process.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are on time for your scheduled appointment. Codes will be available for you in the near future at the main office. This will be communicated through the Remind App.
If you do not make your scheduled appointment, it is your responsibility to contact Edge Imaging and make a new one. Keep in mind that if your picture isn’t taken at a reasonable time, your picture will not be in the yearbook.

Dinner Dance: Friday, June 19, 2020 (6-11pm), LIUNA Station, Hamilton

Dinner Dance tickets that are NOT purchased with the special savings option, must be purchased online at Graduation 2019 for $ 70.00 any time after January 9th and before end of May 2020. Tickets will be available for pick up in early June.

Graduation Day

Thursday, June 25, 2020 – Burlington Convention Centre, Burloak Drive

Your day will consist of:

  1. Morning Mass -attended by teachers, administrators, graduating students, parents are welcome
  2. Brunch- attended by teachers, administrators, graduating students and special guests
  3. Mandatory Rehearsal
  4. Ceremony – each graduating student will receive 2 tickets. If you require additional tickets, you may purchase them at a later date. Limited amount available


  • Applications will be available from Mrs. Cino or Mrs. Horn in late March
  • Submissions due in early April
  • Presentations & voting take place at the April Grad Meeting

If you are leaving Assumption after Semester One, YOU are responsible to stay informed.

Remind will be the primary method of communication from Mrs. Cino and Mrs. Horn to all gr. 12 students.
