Good afternoon Assumption Families –

Traffic Disruption: November 6 – 12

Please note that we expect major delays when dropping students off/picking up students from Assumption next week. Again, there is construction slated to start on our driveway on Monday.

This is a reminder that:

1. the one side of the Woodward driveway will be closed off for mandatory roadwork

2. School buses will be using Woodward Avenue as drop off/pick up points. The school has received word this afternoon from Halton Transportation that school busses will not be entering the parking lot, but dropping off/picking up students on Woodward Ave. THERE IS NO PARKING OR DROPING OFF STUDENTS IN FRONT OF THE SCHOOL ON WOODWARD AVE. DUE TO BUS USEAGE.

We appreciate your cooperation with this disruption. If driving students to/from school, we ask:

1. that you consider having your students walk if possible

2. that if you are driving students to school that you drop them off on Dynes Road and that, you stay away from Woodward/Cumberland due to the intended traffic disruption on Woodward.
