| Commencement $100 Fee Due | Sunday March 31, 2024 Commencement $100 fee paid on School Cash Online Students MUST complete the CtK Graduation Application Form to order a gown. |
| Final submission on Community Service hours due to Guidance | Friday April 26, 2024 All grads must submit record of their 40 Community Service hours to guidance (if they have not already done so) |
| Graduation Gala (Prom) Ticket Sales and Table Selection | May 13-May 16, 2024, Table Selection “Prom” tickets $90 on sale through School Cash Online beginning May 1-10, 2024. Students cannot select their table seating until all community service hours are received by Guidance. Table selection takes place between May 13-May 16, @ 2:30 p.m. in room 324 |

| Commencement, BBQ and Rehearsal | Friday June 21, 2024, Times TBD MANDATORY if you are attending the grad ceremony. Mass will be held @ 10:30 a.m. (Holy Cross Church) Commencement Ceremony gowns, caps, and tickets distribution. |
| Commencement Ceremony | Wednesday June 26, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. Mattamy National Cycling Centre early afternoon Student Diplomas, Transcripts, Awards, etc. will be distributed at the ceremony |
| Alternate Diploma, Transcript pick-up date | Thursday June 27, 2024 If you DID NOT attend the Commencement Ceremony, you can pick up your diploma, transcript, etc. between 11am-3pm in Guidance. |
