AP Program Application Information & Timelines | Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School, Oakville

AP Information Night: Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 6:30 pm

You are encouraged to apply to as many AP courses that best serve your academic needs (open to students who have consistently been working above provincial standard).
You must have an active Gmail account or register for a google account (LINK)
You must have the student’s Grade 7 final June report card scanned in a pdf file (this will need to be uploaded at the end of the online application – all report card pages must be scanned into 1 pdf file)
You will also need access to a copy of the Grade 7 June report card as you complete the application
In addition to completing the online AP application, AP applicants must also complete and submit Holy Trinity School Registration. Please click here for Holy Trinity School Registration Information

This is for students who are currently in Grade 8 and will be entering Grade 9 in September 2024.

AP Application due date: FRIDAY DECEMBER 8, 2023.

AP Application Due Date: December 8th, 2023 (Applications submitted after this date will be waitlisted and considered after February 24th, 2024)
Parents/Guardians notified about AP applications – January 26th, 2024
- Parents/Guardians are contacted via EMAIL to indicate the status of their son/daughter’s AP Application. Emails will indicate if the application has been:
  - Accepted into an AP Course
  - Denied enrollment into an AP Course
  - Placed on a Waiting List for enrollment into an AP course.
Submission of Grade 8 Midterm Report Cards (Waitlisted Students) – Timeframe: February 19th, 2024 – February 23rd, 2024 (when Term 1 report cards are available).
