Registration Information

Family of Schools Students

If your child is a student in our Family of Schools (Holy Family, Our Lady of Peace, St. Andrew, St. Gregory, St. Marguerite, St. Michael) they will be completing their course selections through myBlueprint.

If you are interested in applying to our AP program, you will select regular de-streamed courses on myBlueprint. In addition to completing course selection through MyBlueprint, you must also complete a separate online Advanced Placement Application found HERE  (After you apply and are accepted to the program, we will manually add the AP courses you were approved for).

Parents / Guardians can pay the Student Activity Fee of $65.00 through the School Cash Online LINK

Other HCDSB Students

If your child currently attends an HCDSB school and you either live in our boundary OR are applying to our AP program, in addition to completing course selections through MyBlueprint (for your home school) please complete the Course Selection Sheet (located below) and either email it to RitaccoV@hcdsb.org or drop off a completed hard copy to our school’s Guidance Office.

Please note that if you are interested in applying to our AP program, in addition to the Holy Trinity Course Selection Sheet and other information below, you must also complete a separate online Advanced Placement Application found HERE  (After you apply and are accepted to the program, we will manually add the AP courses you were approved for).

Families Outside of HCDSB:

If your child is currently attending a school outside of our Board (public or private), you need to complete a Holy Trinity registration package outlined below.

CHECKLIST FOR REGISTRATION:

** Please note ** All Registration Packages MUST be complete or they will not be accepted. 

Please provide the following documentation with your online registration:

• Complete the Online Registration form
• Birth Certificate or Passport of child – Original only
• Proof of legal status in Canada – if applicable – Original only
• Proof of Residency (gas bill, tax bill, lease agreement, etc.) – Original only
• Proof of Guardianship and / or Custody Agreement – if applicable
• Grade 9 Course Selection Sheet
• Most recent report card
• IEP Information – if applicable
• Student Activity Fee $65.00 – School Cash Online LINK OR… Cash OR Cheques to be made out to Holy Trinity Secondary School
• Upon receipt of registration you will receive an email outlining next steps
• Please note that if you are interested in applying to our AP program, in addition to the Holy Trinity Registration, you must also complete a separate online Advanced Placement Application found HERE
