HCDSB Participates in Mental Health Week

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) designates the first week in May as Mental Health Week. This year, it runs from May 3-7, 2021, and the Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB) will join organizations across Canada in raising awareness about mental health.

Material Drop Off Times This week

As we shift to remote learning this week, students are asked to return any borrowed school materials (textbooks, art supplies, library books, musical instruments, etc.) so that we may prepare to redistribute these to our quadmester 4 students.

McMaster Coding Initiative – Volunteer Hours Available!

We are excited to be partnering with staff and students from McMaster University’s Computer Science Department on a STEM project involving both elementary and secondary students!

Virtually, McMaster staff and students will train interested Assumption students to become Coding Mentors!
